Gareth, Tonia and their daughter Ida are The Grain Family — a small-scale certified organic family farm in northern lutruwita / Tasmania, growing a range of grains, pulses and seeds. Their flour is freshly milled to order in small batches every week. They set out to show that it's not only possible but genuinely rewarding to make a living from small-to-medium-scale organic farming, and to bring good, local grain back to Tasmanian kitchens.
