About

Longley Organic Farm is a small family business run by James and Hermione together with their two children, just south of Hobart on the slopes of kunanyi / Mount Wellington. Founded on a living-soil approach — biological tillage and permanent beds — the farm grows nutrient-dense certified organic produce for its local community, where the cold winters help produce hardy vegetables with great flavour.
