Carrying on a six-generation family farming tradition in North Lilydale dating back to the late 1870s, Rick and Liz sell their single-origin beef directly to customers. Sides, quarters, and 10kg boxes are available with complete traceability, while the couple also actively works to preserve local habitat for the Giant Freshwater Crayfish on their property.
