Operating from Grindelwald, she produces weekly batches of specialty items including wraps, brownies, pastry, and granolas suited to low-carb, keto, and vegan lifestyles. Customers can place their orders by Sunday midday for fresh preparation on Monday, with collection or local delivery available every Tuesday.
